Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Time

  • Fulfillment Schedule: All orders are custom-packed and fulfilled in-house. Due to our current production and operating schedule, orders are typically processed and dropped off for shipment 1 to 2 times per week.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packaged and transferred to the carrier. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is created.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Primary Carrier: We ship primarily via USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on order size and option selected at checkout).

  • Delivery Estimates: Once accepted by USPS, standard domestic transit times typically take 2 to 5 business days.

  • Please note: Transit times provided at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include the initial 3–5 day processing/handling window.

Order Tracking

  • Once your package is scanned by USPS, tracking details will update via the link provided in your email confirmation.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for USPS to scan the package into their system.

Address Accuracy & Issues

  • Delivery Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been handed off to USPS, delivery progress is managed directly by the carrier. If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact USPS with your tracking number or reach out to us at aking@konigwerks.com for assistance.
